Renovating remotely, with confidence
Purchasing an apartment on the French Riviera from overseas is already an exciting journey. Renovating it without being able to visit the site regularly is another challenge altogether.
For Project Cronstadt, our client, based in the United States, entrusted us with the renovation of her apartment while being unable to be present in France. This is a situation we regularly encounter when working with expatriates, second-home owners and international clients.
In this context, the role of an interior designer extends far beyond the design of a space. It is also about guiding, advising and building a genuine relationship of trust throughout the entire project.
Through this interview, our client shares her experience, the challenges of managing a renovation from abroad and the reasons why she chose to entrust her project to Ivory.
MORE THAN A RENOVATION
Behind every project lies a new chapter: settling into a new region, acquiring a second home or simply creating a place that reflects one’s aspirations and way of life.
At Ivory, we oversee the construction process, coordinate all stakeholders and support our clients through every decision, allowing them to enjoy the experience with complete peace of mind, wherever they may be in the world.
We design spaces that go beyond aesthetics. Places created to be lived in, cherished and filled with lasting memories. Project Cronstadt perfectly embodies this belief: when trust is established, distance fades away, allowing a place to fully reveal its potential.
