The interior layout enabled the creation of 7 en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, organized around a spacious and convivial living area.

The atmosphere of the project reflects a welcoming and warm spirit, designed to offer a genuine living experience for its users. The original architectural features were preserved and enhanced, particularly the French ceilings, characteristic of Lyon’s ‘canut’ apartments. The project strikes a balance between heritage and modernity, where optimized spatial use and budget control come together with precision.
