The merging of two apartments into an exceptional residence overlooking the Mediterranean, designed around light, volume, and contemporary elegance.
Located on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, this project involved a complete redesign of the layout following the unification of two apartments, creating a coherent, fluid, and generously proportioned living space.
All areas were optimized to reveal a vast living room opening onto the sea, which becomes the true heart of the project. The interior atmosphere is defined by a palette of natural and mineral tones, combined with light wood and soft materials, embracing a refined Japandi-inspired aesthetic particularly suited to an international clientele.
Managed from concept design through construction supervision to furnishing and interior styling, this renovation delivers a calm and contemporary interior, where every detail enhances both the spatial experience and the exceptional sea views.
